Q: How do I make an order?
A:First please you chose your love sungalsses then click:add to cart ,then please you write your information carefully and you can make an order.Please be assured to that you will not loose any items in your Shopping Cart when you log out. After you submit your order we will notify you to your order's status.

Q: What is the Minimum Order?
A: Here there is no minimum order, although one pair of sunglasses we also sell but you will pay shipping cost. However, if your subtotal is above $100  we offer you free shipping.

Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A:Generally speaking, it will take about 15work days you can get your sunglasses.

Q: How can I check my shipping status?
A: Generally speaking we will send you sunglasses by USPS and EMS.So u just check on:http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm?form=global and http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.

Q: Do you ship to my country/state?
officoakley.com will ship orders worldwide and if you are from Demark, Netherland, Italy and South Africa the shipping cost will more expensive than other countries'.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

Orders totaling $1000 or more must be paid by western union.

Q: What discounts do you offer?
Discounts are offered based on the volume of your order. Discounts are calculated automatically at checkout (shipping costs are not discounted)
